The caramel is super creamy, perfectly sweet and slightly nutty, this caramel on top of a crumbly, sweet crust and all covered in rich chocolate is a pure flavor explosion!
Even though it tastes like a tasty treat, these snickers are refined sugar-free, made without oil and require only 6 healthy ingredients.

Chocolate Peanut Date Caramel Bars
- 1 cup dates soak them for 10 minutes in hot water and drain off the excess water
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup date caramel
- 1/3 cup peanuts
- 115 g melted chocolate
- (freeze for 60 minutes before covering in chocolate)
